Carlos Hidalgo helps entrepreneurs and business executives design fulfilling lives that align with their deepest values and aspirations. This approach is what Hidalgo calls “Life Design.”
Ten years ago, despite his business success, Carlos experienced burnout and hit rock bottom. Despite achieving traditional success, he realized he wasn't truly living; he was just going through the motions, which left him stuck and unfulfilled.
From his personal experience, Hidalgo created his Life Design approach, which leads entrepreneurs and executives to examine the six core foundational elements of life to ensure they establish boundaries, bring the best of themselves to each area of their lives, and ensure they live a life they love.

My coaching is customized to you and your needs, whether you need one session or multiple, I strive to meet my clients where they are to help them get "unstuck" and begin thriving, by getting back to who you were created to be.
My goal is to help you identify and address the root cause of the challenges, instead of the symptoms, define your true purpose, and build a life that actually works. This is personal transformation work: moving from going through the motions to living with intention, from external achievement to internal alignment, from survival to sustainable joy!

Life Design Cohorts
Life Design is a way of living. It is an approach to life planning that allows you to live a life you love every day. By taking control of your life, including your mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, relational, and financial well-being, you get to determine what success looks like.
It begins with getting back to who you were created to be, i.e., your identity. This is when you can accurately define your purpose, align your purpose with your gifts and talents, and discover the opportunities that make life come alive!
Each Life Design Cohort includes no more than 12 executives who work with their group and me over 8 weeks to create a life plan and enable them to define success on their terms.
