A former CEO, CRO and CMO, he survived burnout and a near-fatal stroke, and now helps leaders and audiences define success on their own terms.

Carlos Hidalgo is an international keynote and TEDx speaker who helps entrepreneurs and business leaders redefine success on their own terms. Over a 32-year career, he served as a CEO, CRO and CMO and co-founded ANNUITAS, a B2B go-to-market firm.
Years of climbing the corporate ladder left him empty and burned out, until he surrendered his life to Jesus Christ and everything changed. On December 1, 2025, Carlos suffered a life-threatening stroke. He survived and was back on stage just seven weeks later.
Both experiences shape how he sees life and success. Carlos has delivered more than 100 keynotes and 50 workshops on four continents, appeared on more than 75 podcasts, and written two award-winning books. Audiences leave his talks energized, refocused and ready to live differently.
