"My approach is personal. I do not bring theory to the stage; I bring personal experience. I know what it is like to stare death in the face and come out stronger from it. I know what it is like to burn out and feel unfulfilled. These lived experiences shape my talks and will do the same for your audiences."
Three keynotes. One message.
Success without intention isn't success at all.
The Turning Point
Embracing Adversity to Find Success
Adversity finds all of us eventually. The question isn't whether it will come. It's what you do with it when it does.
On December 1, 2025, my life came to a screeching halt. One minute I was mid-workout, feeling great. The next, I was on a life flight fighting for my life after a hemorrhagic stroke, an event with a 50% mortality rate. Seven weeks later, I was back on stage.
In this keynote, I take audiences through the unfiltered story of going from perfectly fine to fighting for my life, and what the journey back confirmed about a truth burnout had already taught me: success without intention isn't success at all.
Audiences leave with
- A four-part framework for embracing adversity instead of resisting it
- A new way to see setbacks as opportunities for growth
- The clarity to get honest about what success looks like on their own terms
The Change Formula
Get Unstuck and Start Thriving
Nearly half of all professionals feel stuck: trapped in unfulfilling careers, stagnant relationships or financial plateaus. Between 33% and 50% of adults report feeling lost socially, financially and professionally.
I've been there. People get stuck because they're pursuing someone else's definition of success, one they never actually chose. But feeling stuck isn't a life sentence. It's a starting point.
In this talk, I share the practical approach I used to recover from burnout and, later, from a near-fatal stroke: getting honest about what isn't working and building a life that aligns with your unique gifts and talents.
Audiences leave with
- The most common reasons people get stuck, and how to spot them
- A practical framework to get unstuck and start thriving
- Exercises they can use right away to begin implementing change
The Breaking Point
Why Burnout Isn't the Price of Success
Burnout is not a badge of honor; it's a signal that something has to change. Yet nearly half of professionals report experiencing burnout, and the numbers keep climbing.
I know this story well. After more than a decade of building a successful company, I was checking every box and feeling empty, depleted and burned out.
In this deeply personal and practical keynote, I take audiences from running on empty to living with intention, because burnout isn't the inevitable cost of a meaningful career. It's a signal, and if you're willing to listen, it's the beginning of a life that's actually yours.
Audiences leave with
- A clear understanding of what burnout is and what it costs
- Practical tools to recognize it early and avoid it
- A first step toward a career and life that are sustainable and worth living
